- Paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Email and SMS marketing automation
- CRM and funnel building
- Website and landing page development
- Lead generation, nurturing, and performance analysis
These services may be delivered directly by ProgmaMedia or through approved contractors and partners.
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely, accurate information for campaign setup and management
- Review and approve materials in a timely manner
- Maintain access to any necessary platforms (ad accounts, CRM, domains, etc.)
- Follow the agreed-upon timelines and deliverables
Failure to do so may delay services and impact performance, for which ProgmaMedia is not liable.
All services are billed according to the terms specified in your individual agreement.
- Monthly retainers are billed upfront.
- Custom or project-based work may require a deposit.
- Late payments may result in a pause in services.
No refunds are issued for completed work or active ad spend unless otherwise stated in writing.
Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the agreement terms.
ProgmaMedia reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any part of this agreement or engages in unethical, illegal, or abusive behavior.
All original materials created by ProgmaMedia (designs, copy, strategy documents, etc.) remain the intellectual property of ProgmaMedia until full payment is received.
Client-provided materials (logos, testimonials, branding) remain the property of the client.
While we make every effort to achieve agreed-upon results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Marketing performance may vary based on market conditions, competition, and client-side variables.
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
ProgmaMedia will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue or business interruption.
Our services may incorporate third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, CRM software). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues caused by those platforms.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content.
ProgmaMedia reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients and visitors will be notified of material changes via email or through the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
